Position description
The School of Natural Sciences anticipates hiring Readers for Academic Year 2024-2025 and Summer 2025 for the Physics Department.
The Reader will be responsible for grading homework, quizzes and tests as needed. The Reader will work closely with the instructor and/or Teaching Assistants when grading. It is anticipated that readers will work up to a maximum of 18 hours per week.
Interested applicants are required to submit a resume and a copy of undergraduate transcripts.

Qualifications
The Reader must be an active UC Merced student in good standing and have successfully completed course or related course he/she is appointed to as a reader with at least a B Grade. Readers should have maintained at least a 3.0 grade-point average in their previous academic work.
