Salary range: A reasonable salary this position pays is $34 per enrollment plus the per enrollment certification card fee required to be paid by the licensed trainer.

Position description

UC Merced Extension is looking for qualified professionals to deliver CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - certification courses as outlined by the standards set forth by the American Heart Association (AHA).

UC Merced Extension provides CPR certification courses in-person for students, staff, and faculty on a regular basis throughout the entire year.

Traditionally, UC Merced Extension offers a monthly in-person section with frequently scheduled restricted sections for staff departments, student organizations and clubs, and other campus community members.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

CPR Instructor(s) will possess an active license as authorized by the American Heart Association (AHA) as an AHA Instructor (required).

Preferred qualifications

CPR Instructor(s) will have demonstrated experience in delivering high quality and effective training strategies on the techniques and strategies aligned with the most current CPR standards as set forth by the AHA (preferred).
